Quanzhou's traditional arts and crafts have a long history and unique characteristics. Among them, 12, 27 and 35 items were selected into the national, provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage protection lists respectively.

Huge industrial clusters have also spawned all kinds of craftsmen and famous teachers.
